Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

These terms and conditions are established to safeguard both our safety and the environment in which we operate. By outlining clear guidelines and expectations, we aim to foster a responsible and respectful relationship with our customers and the community. Together, we can ensure a sustainable and ethical approach to our services, benefiting everyone involved.

We will not spray any flowering plants.

We are committed to protecting our ecosystem and we will not apply herbicide to any flowering plants. Instead, these plants will be manually removed to ensure the safety of pollinators. This method allows us to maintain a healthy environment while preserving the beauty of our landscapes. Thank you for your understanding as we work towards a more sustainable approach.

We only spray noxious weeds that have been identified by the State of Utah and noxious or invasive.

At our company, we prioritize responsible and effective weed management. We will only spray noxious and invasive weeds that have been officially identified as such by the state of Utah. This approach ensures that we are focusing on the most problematic species while safeguarding the local ecosystem. Our commitment is to provide a healthier environment for all by targeting only those weeds that pose a threat to native plants and wildlife.

We cannot guarantee that all weeds will be eradicated, even after years of using our service.

We strive to provide effective weed management solutions; however, we cannot guarantee complete eradication of weeds. This is due to several factors, including the fact that weed seeds can lie dormant in the soil for years, only to sprout when conditions are favorable. Additionally, seeds from plants on neighboring properties can naturally migrate to your landscape, potentially introducing new weed species. Our commitment is to help you manage and reduce weed growth as effectively as possible.

Our operator, Clark, will be carrying a firearm with him at all times to protect himself from possible dangerous wildlife situations.

Clark operates in mountainous regions where wildlife is prevalent. To ensure his safety while working in these environments, he will be carrying a firearm. This precaution is necessary to protect himself from potentially dangerous encounters with wildlife. Safety is a priority, and being prepared is essential in such wild settings.

We cannot spray in certain weather conditions.

It is important to note that we cannot apply herbicides or insecticides on rainy days or during excessively windy conditions. Rain can wash away the chemicals before they have a chance to work effectively and can pollute ground water. Furthermore, wind can cause drift, spreading the chemicals to unintended areas. For the best results and to ensure safety, we cancel applications on days with these weather conditions and we will reschedule your service. Thank you for your understanding!
